ONLINE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Your domestic order will be filled and shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days from your date of purchase. Your order should arrive within 5-7 business days from your date of purchase. International orders should arrive between 7-14 days from the date of your purchase. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional taxes and fees; these are usually dependent on the destinations and your order cost.

Domestic return items that are postmarked within 7 days from the date of receipt will be refunded via the original form of payment. Returns postmarked within 8-14 days from the date of receipt are eligible for store exchange or credit. We will not accept returns or exchanges postmarked beyond the 14 day period after the date of your receipt.

International return items that are postmarked within 14 days from the date of receipt will be refunded via the original form of payment. Returns postmarked within 15-30 days from the date of receipt are eligible for store exchange or credit. We will not accept international returns or exchanges that have been postmarked beyond the 30 day period after the date of your receipt.

All returns must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with the tags attached. Please note that all sale items (any item marked down from original price), beauty products, and intimates (including hosiery) are ineligible for return. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Returns can also be made in person at our store front located in downtown Providence. To save on packaging, your shipping parcel bag can be flipped inside out and re-used for your return.

Please bear in mind that many of our items are hand-crafted and one of a kind. While we will make every effort to ensure that our online shop's inventory is adjusted accurately as these unique objects are sold from our physical store, we do not anticipate that this will happen perfectly 100% of the time.
