My Rice Bowl - Korean Cooking Outside the Lines


Author Rachel Yang will have you dashing to the grocer to seek out her must-have pantry favorites like gochujang (Korean chile paste) and gochugaru (Korean chile flakes).  While her recipes are of a decidedly Korean influence, Yang presents us with uniquely American flavor profiles.  Chapters are organized into Korean food categories like Kimchi, Hot Pots and Stews, Dumplings among many more!
